Chairs and office chairs are separate items
Choose the category matching your furniture and enter the number of pieces. Four dining chairs mean four items, not one set. Add an office chair separately. Similar upholstery colours do not make different seat types the same booking category.
Count armchairs as whole pieces
Two separate armchairs count as two, even if they were bought with a sofa. Add the sofa as its own item in the appropriate size. Armrests and cushions do not count as additional armchairs. If unusual construction makes the category unclear, prepare a description and clarify the scope before confirming instead of substituting the cheapest available item.
A headboard does not mean the whole bed
Headboards have a separate category. Selecting one does not automatically include the mattress, bed frame or other bedroom furniture. Count the chosen headboards and consider whether they are accessible. Clarify unusual construction or an uncertain scope before the SMS step. Upholstery on another part of the bed does not add that part to the basket.
Run a final quantity check
Four chairs, an armchair and a headboard mean six items across three categories. Enter quantities, date, time and address in CleanWhale; check the price before SMS verification. Booking is complete only when the platform reports successful order creation; entering an SMS code or selecting a date alone is not enough. Payment then follows on the offered secure payment page.
Before your visit
Are six matching chairs one set in the quantity field?
Enter six chairs. You count individual furniture pieces, not the sets in which they were purchased.
Should I include an office chair with ordinary chairs?
Select the separate office-chair category so the summary reflects the different types of furniture you chose.
Does a headboard booking include the mattress?
Do not assume that it does. A headboard is a separate item, not an automatic booking for cleaning the whole bed.
